Disturbing reports have emerged from the Tesla Giga Texas factory near Austin, indicating a tragic incident involving a Tesla engineer during a robot malfunction. The incident transpired while the engineer was addressing issues with two disabled Tesla robots.

Unexpectedly, a robot designed for handling freshly cast aluminum vehicle parts malfunctioned and became aggressive, utilizing its metal claws to harm the engineer's back and arm. This resulted in a distressing scene, leaving a "trail of blood" on the factory floor.

Details of this unsettling event surfaced in a 2021 injury report, revealing an "open wound" on the engineer's left hand. Surprisingly, the report claimed that the injured individual did not require time off from work.
