Redmi Turbo 4 Specifications Leaked, Official Launch Date Revealed

 

Redmi is preparing to launch the Redmi Turbo 4 in China, with the official release expected to take place in early January. A recent Weibo leak reveals that the device will debut on January 2. The leak also includes images, offering fans a first look at the phone's design.

Redmi Turbo 4 Design

The leaked images highlight a sleek, modern design featuring a vertical dual-camera setup on the rear. The phone has flat edges and is likely to feature a flat front screen as well. A vertical line on the back panel suggests a dual-tone finish, with the “Redmi” logo visible in the bottom-right corner.

Tipster DCS notes that the design is more refined and minimalistic, with a glass body lending it a premium feel. The color scheme is understated, adding to the device’s overall appeal. Interestingly, the design is said to draw inspiration from the classic look of the Redmi K series.

Tipster Smart Pikachu has referred to the device as “MPhone,” suggesting design similarities with the iPhone 16. This kind of nickname has also been used for other devices like the Oppo Reno 13 and Find X8, indicating a trend of comparisons with Apple’s design style.

Rumored Specifications
The Redmi Turbo 4 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth and vibrant visual experience. The device will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 chipset, paired with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Additionally, the Turbo 4 will run on HyperOS 2, based on Android 15.

For cameras, the device will include a 20MP front-facing sensor and a dual-camera system on the rear. The primary camera is a 50MP sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), alongside an 8MP secondary camera.

In terms of battery, the Redmi Turbo 4 will likely feature a large 6,550 mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging for quick recharges.
